The New England Chapter Infusion Nurses Society focuses on support and educational development of the clinician to improve the practice of Infusion nursing, thus positively impacting the quality of patient care delivered.

Our 5 year Strategic Plan - Blue print:

1. Goals

	Maintain active membership
	Meet the needs of members
	Provide CRNI credits
	Provide networking and education to all infusion care providers

2. Strategy

	Determine needs of members
	Assess membership, include all who provide infusion service
	Keep current on CEU / CRNI process
	Extend networking to all providers including other specialty nurses

3. Responsibility / Authority

	Assign to Board / Committee members
	Concrete sections of plan
	Evaluate ways to include membership in the plan.
